Appellation: Terre Siciliane IGT
Grape Variety: Cataratto
Production area: the vineyards are located on the hillside of the Belice valley, in the heart of the Trapani province. Altitude: 400-500 m above sea level where the temperature is fresher and breezy.
Vinification: the juice was naturally clarified for 24 hours at low temperature and the fermentation took place with selected yeasts at 15°C.
Ageing: the wine was aged on the fine lees for 5 months before finishing and bottling
Tasting Notes: yellow green color with very intense spice citrus and spice aromas. On the palate it is well defined with a strong character and a long finish.
Food Pairings: perfectly matched with seafood.
Serving Temperature: 10°C.
