The grapes were hand-picked into small bins, de-stemmed, crushed and cold macerate for 12 hours, and then softly pressed. The juice was clarified, then fermented in stainless steel tanks (90%) or in French oak barrels (10%) at 16-18°C of temperature. Aging on the fine lees for 6 months and then blending. Maturing in bottle.

Brilliant yellow color. Nose is intense reminiscent of figs, elderflowers and sage. Good character (citrus and melon notes), acidity and long crisp finish on the palate.
Excellent Aperitif. Good with antipasti, fish and white meat.
