Limpid gold color. The bouquet is redolent of white fruits (peach, citrus, apple) with notes of minerals and toasted bread. Butter and honey are also present and will develop with age. On the palate, it is rich and fat with elegant aromas of dry fruits (hazelnuts), well balanced with its light freshness.
With its rich and buttery characteristics, this bottle revels naturally with noble and fine-textured fish or white meats in butter or creamy sauces. It will be at its best with grilled a poultry from Bresse in a morel creamy sauce. It is also a good partner with refined and strong cheeses.
