A ruby red coloured wine characterised by a charming personality, maintaining persistence and structure, without exceeding to keep the fragrances from which it is possible to perceive balsamic and vegetable aromas, red and ripe fruits.
In summer well suited with omelettes, vegetables flans, cheeses, pizzas; in winter is ideal with cereal, barley, spelt, and legumes, lentils and beans soup.
