Autchtone and famous grape of Sicliy, thanks to the old use of this grape in the blend of the Marsala wine.
Grillo is growing in the south western part of Sicily.
Production area: the vineyards are located on the hillside of the Belice valley and Mazara del Vallo, in the heart of the Trapani province.
Vinification: the juice was clarified, stored on the less for 72 hours then fermented in stainless steel tank at temperature between 15-16°C.
Ageing: the wine was aged on the fine lees for 4/5 months with batonnage before finishing and bottling
Tasting Notes: it is characterized by the aroma of fresh tropical fruits and citrus.
Food Pairings: ideal accompaniment of light hors d’oeuvre and shell fish.
Serving Temperature: 10°C.
