Vinification: Maceration on the skins at controlled temperature.

Refinement on stainless steel tanks for 4 months.

Tasting notes: Ruby red color with violet reflexes. Notes of small red berry fruits, wild cherry, violets, delicate and spicy. The taste is full bodied, well-structured with soft and well balanced tannins.
