Named after “olpe”, an Etruscan clay carafe used as a container for wine. This wine is made from a blend of grapes grown in three hillside vineyards with diverse soil compositions.
It is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot; two varieties highly adapted to the microclimate in the area surrounding Suvereto, and considered classic varieties due to their longstanding presence in the area.
