Country: Italy

Appellation: IGP Rubicone Vino Spumante Brut
Grape variety: Trebbiano
Sparkling wine with fine, persistent bubbles, made by the Charmat Method, with great freshness and well-structured. Ideal as an aperitif and for special occasions.
Vinification: Grapes are delicately pressed to extract only the best part of the must. The must ferments in Stainless steel tanks at 16°C. The wine is then transferred to an autoclave for the second fermentation and refinement on the lees, for about two months. This gives complexity and body to the wine.
Tasting notes: Deep straw yellow. Intense, complex bouquet, reminiscent of bread crust, ripe exotic fruit, Mediterranean spices. Full, rich taste, with good body, harmonious, dry.
Food Pairings: Starters, fish first courses and fresh cheeses
Serving Temperature: 8-10°C
