Vinification:
Fermentation with maceration of the skins in controlled-temperature stainless steel tanks.
Refinement:
In oak barrels for at least 12 months.

Intense ruby red with purple hues. Ripe red fruit flavours, with hints of vanilla, cocoa, and spicy notes. Full-bodied, velvety and well-structured.

Excellent with savoury first courses, savoury and grilled meats, hard and medium aged cheeses.

Colle Secco line includes five typical wines of the region: Montepulciano d’Abruzzo Dop Riserva, Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo Dop, Trebbiano d’Abruzzo Dop, Pecorino and Cococciola, both Terre di Chieti Igp, each one coming with a different colour of the triangle.
