Vinification:
Destemming and crushing of the grapes, cryomaceration and soft pressing of the crushed grapes, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Refinement:
3 months on the less in cement tanks.
Tasting notes:
Straw yellow with subtle greenish highlights. Pleasantly fruity with hints of pear and peach, delicate floral notes and a fresh mineral character. Lively and fragrant, well balanced, and with an almond finish.

Fish starters and fish dishes in general, raw seafood, white meats, soft and medium-firm cheeses.

Colle Secco line includes five typical wines of the region: Montepulciano d’Abruzzo Dop Riserva, Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo Dop, Trebbiano d’Abruzzo Dop, Pecorino and Cococciola, both Terre di Chieti Igp, each one coming with a different colour of the triangle.
