Barbera d’Asti “Costalunga” DOCG is made with Barbera grapes from vineyards around Nizza Monferrato, in the Asti County, which is the classic area of this grape variety.

Refinement: 6-8 months in oak casks, 3 months in the bottle.
Tasting Notes:
Deep ruby red with hues tending to garnet. Intense bouquet with notes of spice, tobacco and eucalyptus. Clean-cut by palate, rich with long finish with pronounced notes of fruit and cocoa.
Food Pairings:
Excellent all through the meal, with white and red meat, cheeses.
Service Temperature:
16-18°C. It is preferable to decant it.
