Arime is the ancient name for the land of Ischia which means “land of fire”.
The only wine in the world made from grapes over ripened on the vine and gradually harvested by hand, resulting in multiple harvests and a long fermentation that stretches across three seasons. Defying the norm, it is not particularly sweet, which allows its natural aromas and flavors to fully express themselves.
It is without a doubt a one of a kind wine that distinguishes itself from all others, and represents the uniqueness and charm of the Island of Ischia.
