Winemaking:
The grapes were hand-picked into small bins, de-stemmed, crushed and cold macerate for 12 hours, and then softly pressed. The juice was clarified, then fermented in stainless steel tanks (90%) or in French oak barrels (10%) at 16-18°C of temperature. Aging on the fine lees for 6 months and then blending. Maturing in bottle.

Region: Elqui Valley
Appellation: Elqui Valley DO

Excellent Aperitif. Good with antipasti, fish and white meat.

Serving Temperature:
6-8°C.
