Caracena, Falanghina del Sannio DOC: the name of this grape comes from its Latin name “falanga”, the post where to blind vines in the past.
Tasting Notes:
Its color is soft yellow with nuances close to green. In current times, it is a wine that is able to express youth and spontaneity thanks to its perfumes and aromas of Mediterranean spices, citrus, dry and mature fruits.

It pairs extremely well with fish of every kind, crude or cooked.
