The Domaine:
Located in Remigny, just near Santenay, in the south of Burgundy, the Joly and Borgeot families created her domain in 1904. Today the domain has 18 hectares of own vineyards and purchases also to private owners, in several villages of Cote de Beaune and Cote Chalonnaise.

Tasting Notes:
Bright gold color with greenish highlights. The bouquet brings together hawthorn blossoms, ripe grapes, marzipan, hazelnut, and amber, lemon-grass and green apple. Milky (butter, hot croissant) and mineral aromas (flint) are also present. Body and bouquet blend into a subtle harmony. This wine combines grace and a remarkable concentration.
Food Pairings:
Ideal partner for poultry in sauce or veal fried with mushrooms, foie gras, lobster, crawfish, and grilled or fried sea-fish. On the cheese-board, its natural allies are goat cheeses, Reblochon, or soft-centered cheeses like Brie de Meaux.
