Arturo Bersano has been internationally recognized as the pioneer of Brachetto Wine; in fact during the 50’ he was the first in the world to produce Brachetto in the Spumante version.
Produced with Brachetto d’Acqui grapes growing in the region between Nizza and Acqui Terme. It’s an aromatic wine, very fruity with an unmistakable bouquet. It is unique in the world.
Known since Roman Times, because of the legend that says that Cleopatra used to make it drink to her lovers, it is called The Wine of Love.

Tasting Notes:
Ruby red colour tending to garnet. Fine and delicate effervescence. Pleasant musky bouquet enhanced by a dominant note of budding rose and a clear aftertaste reminding its variety aroma. The sweet note rapidly dissipates, avoiding the cloying sensation often created by other dessert wines.
Food Pairings:
Dry pastries, excellent with strawberries, chocolate, and tropical fruits. To drunk young.
