An ancient special grape that has been called locally “a gift from God”
The village of portacomaro is the native village of Pope Francis. That’s where Bersano has its beautiful estate San Pietro, in an area called Divine Hills.
Bersano’s Cascina San Pietro: a fifty-three hectares estate including a historical villa.
A privileged south-southwest exposure of around eleven hectares of vineyards have been planted with Ruché.

Tasting Notes:
Ruby red with hues tending to violet. A very intense, fruity and aromatic bouquet. Its flavor is harmonious, velvety, pleasantly flavorful and dry.
Food Pairings:
Excellent as aperitif, suggested also with appetizers, white meat, bagna cauda.

16-18°C.
